Le Castor Freegan

Le Castor Freegan is a cafeteria project that cooks vegetarian dishes using fruit and vegetables left over from supermarkets in order to raise students’ awareness of the problem of food waste.

Anyone who is sensitive to this issue and likes to cook can come and staff and even participate in the creation of this project!
